This Application is the Campbell Property Management Document Ordering Portal. It allows a user to order Estoppel documents for a property. The application guides the user to enter an address, select from a list of documents to order about that address, pick how quickly they want the document(s) sent to them and then are instructed to pay for the documents. After full payment is received, an Order Manager will process the open order by verifying the content before forwarding the order to an external processor. The external processor is the one who actually gathers and provides the electronic documents and then will email the documents to the client. After this is complete, the external processor will log into the portal and close the order.
